How to click on link available in excel file

I have one Excel File which content some test data and link in cells. I have to search for the link in excel work sheet and click on it.... i am able to store the link in variable and then use this variable to navigate into browser but actual required says that i have to search for link and i have to click on the link in excel sheet only..
